Sometimes when I'm opening an envelope, I think about how fascinatingly weird it is that most every envelope is sealed by some other person's saliva. So basically they slobber on the envelope, seal it shut, mail it to you, and then you proceed to use your own hands to to unseal the very same envelope...I mean, unless you use some fancy-schmancy letter opener or something, and in which that case, I have no further comment.
